Who we are

N1ra is a software design and development agency based in El Salvador. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@n1ra.com for any privacy question or request.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), the project type you select and the message you write.

To protect the form from abuse we also process your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short period. It is kept only for that purpose and expires automatically within an hour.

Why we use it

We use the information you share only to read and reply to your inquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

We process it based on the consent you give when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: Resend, to deliver your message to our inbox; Upstash, to apply rate limits; and Vercel, which hosts this website. These providers may store data outside your country, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless we start working together or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@n1ra.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already processed.

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The date below shows when it was last revised.
